I filled out an application for the Citi Forward card last evening. It was a pretty simple app – the ‘hardest’ question was just what my occupation is. Given the atmosphere where I work and my state of limbo in between crew members and official ft staff, I’m not sure my position as receptionist can count as a professional. (Besides which, given the options listed, professional seemed more likely to include higher-level salaried folk who spend time training for their position – doctors or computer techs, or whatnot.) I just put ‘other.’ Anyway, it processed for a minute and then promptly approved me for the card with a $4,000 limit. Not bad, I think.
